Joe Spears is a great agent. Unfortunately, we had a unique circumstance that prevented us from using him because of builder incentives. He is honest and upfront with what he can offer. Joe gave us great info on what numbers are important in a mortgage and what to look out for -- something other agents haven't done for us. Honesty goes a long way in my book.
