Top notch communication. They made sure they touched based with us on things that were not yet done, so that they could remind us to get it done on time. He also made everything easy and took time to educate us as we were first time home buyers. Also Thomas made it more than just about money. He took the time to connect with us as people, not just a business transaction and got to know us as a couple and what we wanted in life, and that was more important to him than any of the money aspects.

Brad is new to Churchill but not new to the mortgage world. This is our third time buying with Brad and it was amazing! He’s very attentive, always reply’s to questions in a very prompt manner and he’s just about the nicest guy you could ask for.
