David listens to people. He gives people a chance. One way is by doing a soft credit check to see where you are before doing a hard check which puts a hit on your credit report. Most, seems like all, banks are just worried about filling their pockets and meeting their own interests. They don't care about you or your family. I didn't get that from David and Churchill Mortgage. David was quick, informative, and helpfull all the way through the process.
