I think the honesty and the sense of safety and being thoughtful about our unique situation was helpful. Often times most lenders push a high bracket but I appreciate Sandi being open about what we can afford and not pushing for the highest level. I have also been pleasantly surprised and impressed with the follow up after which is something I have not experience from a lender before.
