Honestly, it would have been different if the process itself wasn't so overwhelming. Making decisions with who to choose as your "mortgage company" is hard as it is, but every decision I made ended up leaving another party upset. I felt obligated to choose Churchhill after talks of using other mortgage companies. I felt like I was between companies without really understanding the process, which is likely my fault.
