Bill would arrange his schedule for calls for when it worked for me. I liked his filling out the loan application for me by phone, with answers to questions along the way. I had plenty of calls or texts to check on questions I had. While it wasn't "fun" hearing about time limits to submit and sign documents, in the end it was very good as the loan closed!
