We were not pre-approved for a loan yet but found the perfect home for us during an open house. We gave Marty a call the night before offers were due. Marty got us pre-approved before the offer deadline and we were able to get into our dream home due to his quick attention, diligence and communication. Without him, none of it would have been possible. We also closed a week early and were able to move in even sooner than anticipated.
