This was our first time at Churchill's and we went on Valentine's Day, a.k.a. A Foodie's worst day to dine! Normally, on V-Day service is terrible and your meal is either limited to a tiny fixed menu or the quality of the food suffers. Not the case at Churchill's! We had impeccable service. The food was perfect! My medium-rare steak, was actually medium-rare and hot! The wine is perfect! It has something for everyone! We settled on a nice 09 Shafer One Point Five. Churchill's is OK...it was recommended to us as the best steakhouse in Spokane...that is debatable...I travel the country for a living and get to eat at some pretty dang good places...this place didn't wow me...the food was good but not outstanding...I actually went twice...the first night I went to the bar and had the steak tips appetizer and it was very marginal...I had already scheduled my wife and I for Valentines day and was worried after my bar experience...but the food upstairs was better...the service was really good... read more
A more inviting atmosphere and decor. For special occasions and when you want the best prime steaks in Spokane.
Lovely dinner. Service was wonderful, although dessert was forgotten about it was complimentary to make up for it.
Waiter was top notch and worth requesting. Enjoyed steaks very much...mine was a tad overdone though. They serve Kiltlifter which was a bonus.
Easily my favorite steak house in Spokane. Outstanding food and service always. Highest recommendation.
