Hit and miss
Took my wife to what I thought was the best steakhouse in Spokane. Went for their preparation of beef. They had an excellent selection of beefsteaks, but most to large for seniors to enjoy. We selected two of the smaller ones, each a different cut. Both were prepared to perfection. They have a special oven just meant to sear and cook beef. My wife's dinner was excellent. I ordered the 8oz filet. It was so salty I could only eat 3 bites. Management was, however, very responsive, and I was not charge for the steak. Having eaten at many great steak houses, I do not understand how you can put to much salt on a great cut of beef.
I will be going back. It is pricey but if your into a nice, quiet, great service, and good food check it out.
Met my daughter who is at Gonzaga, for dinner. Had two great steaks. The service was outstanding without being over-attentive. Have had numerous meals there with the same result. Going back next time in Spokane.

Best restaurant in Spokane. Elegant in appearance and service. Fabulous steaks, great fish, interesting and delicious sides. BIG portions.
The food was delicious, the service was superb and when they found out that we were there for a birthday they gave us a dessert with a candle on the house. I will definitely recommend it to all my friends and for sure we will come back again.
