I had enjoyed Churchill's wonderful dinners on many occasions, mostly business. This was the first time my husband and I enjoyed it together. Our 27th anniversary was our occasion. The food was great, the service (Sean) was exceptional. I was disappointed that most of the patrons for dinner on a Saturday night were dressed in jeans. The quality of everything was very good. We had the escargot and oysters Rockefeller for appetizers. I usually don't attempt these foods often but they were very good. The waiter was perfect and the pace at which they serve you is perfect.
The only establishment in town where steak is an art! The finest of dining experiences.
We went for the mis-steaks dining experience. We thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon "dunch" as we called it. This event is VERY popular and the dining times fill up instantaneously. The top sirloin was very tasty. Mine had quite a bit of gristle and was a bit more chewy, but I suppose that is why they are mis-steaks. Amazing food! Our waiter was very professional and attentive.
When traveling for business I get the opportunity take clients out for dinner often. This usually includes some of the nicest steak restaurants in the cities I visit. Churchill's was recommended as one of the finest Steak places in Spokane. After my recent visit I can say it was just so-so. The steak was good but the service left allot to be desired and it was extremely over priced for the meals that were ordered. A great, classic steakhouse. It's not cheap or even moderately priced, but it's good for a special occasion.
This is one of my favorite places in Spokane to go to dinner or just have drinks. I love the atmosphere, the drinks are awesome and so is the food. the steaks are to die for. This is the place I told my husband to take me for my Birthday.
