I have never found a better steak anywhere. Literally. I've been more than once and everything they make is outstanding. Great place to impress others if you want to make sure the cost is worth it. Only thing I don't love is that the seating is a little cramped, private conversation is difficult. Live piano music adds to the atmosphere
We have been going to Churchills for many years and never a bad or poor dinner, always outstanding food and service. I do not perfer steak and always have something different, mostly seafood and even that is outstanding.
I have been to Churchill's several times. It's good- it's just not amazing. I think it's a beautiful restaurant and a fun experience, but I've had better meals in Spokane.
New Year's Eve dinner with my husband. Great food, excellent presentation, comparable to a Morton's - not 5 stars, but still very good. Ambiance was lovely and the waiter was friendly and attentive. The owner dropped by our table to check on us. Tables are a bit close together - not good for intimate conversation (don't plan on having one & don't be surprised if you hear more of your neighbors conversation than you want to). Overall it met our expectations & we will return.
The steak I ordered was NY strip and it was perfect however my boyfriend's steak, a top sirloin was not that outstanding. Anyway, the wine selection is extensive and the ambiance and the restaurant is really nice and very good for romantic date. Quite expensive but for special occasion, this will surely be on our list.
Everyone was very accommodating, changed seating as requested. Food is always great along with the service. It's always a treat to come to Churchill's

The food was good, service okay, the atmosphere was nice, the piano player too loud, the chairs extremely uncomfortable (seats so soft that when I sat down and sank into the chair, my feet no longer touched the floor which caused me to loose the circulation in my legs). Once our meal was over and we were enjoying conversation the server never returned to fill our water glasses or ask if we needed anything. I probably won't return.
Excellent service as always, steaks were magnificent and cooked as ordered. Oysters Rockefeller are always a treat and prepared perfectly. Private dining room cozy yet tables for two need to be a bit larger, not enough room. Although the mashed potatoes are good, different veggies would be a nice change of pace. Everybody serves garlic mashed, it's getting old. Love the place and will keep going back.
