Spokane is so lucky to have Churchill's! From the start to the finish we had a great time. The burrata plate was well presented with interesting flavors, the beef was great, the service was great. The hosts inquiry into the evening was the only stilted portion of the night. I'd suggest skipping the dour "was everything ok?" inquiry altogether or having the host (owner?) engage in a bit of small talk remembering how Tom Fritz made even the stranger feel like a long time friend. Keep up the great work!
Expensive but always very good. Service was very slow as our waiter was also serving a large party of 22. It took 15 minutes just to receive our initial drink; a runner for the bar would have been helpful.

Steak was cooked to perfection. Sides were delicious and servers were very attentive.
