Actual Review from a REAL renter... CLEARLY I was deciding between the quarter, the dexter and church + state. After touring all three, it was clear church and state is the best option by a MILE. I would also like to point out that Victoria gave me the best tour, and was so knowledgable. I probably would’ve decided to stay in my rented house in Lakewood if it weren’t for the people at C+S.
