Management is MIA My unit is nice but management is horrible. When I 1st booked an appointment to visit, they were 30+ mins late. I loved the unit I saw so I applied anyway, but they took over a month to process my aplication. When it finally came through, they were very unhelpful providing move-in info. the two buildings have different street numbers and none are on Google maps, which has created numerous issues. Actual Review from a REAL renter... CLEARLY I was deciding between the quarter, the dexter and church + state. After touring all three, it was clear church and state is the best option by a MILE. I would also like to point out that Victoria gave me the best tour, and was so knowledgable. I probably would’ve decided to stay in my rented house in Lakewood if it weren’t for the people at C+S. Actual real review from a renter, not management Many of us actually hate living here and are looking for other options when our leases are up. The building and concept look really cool, but it is overpriced for what you get and any prospective renter should know that management spends all their energy on the appearance of this building and devote very little to making sure the building is constructed properly and functions well.
