I love working out at Monica Chuze. So many good things. I gave a 4- instead of 5 star rating because the massage beds are broken. All but 2 have been broken for over 4- weeks. AGAIN!!! I pay extra for this amenity- come on- please maintain them!!!

I workout at this location so I can workout with my aunt and I really enjoy it! Note: This location doesn't have the pool + sauna, but it does have the basketball court, so that's a nice addition. Even though I don't play basketball and don't see myself using it. It's great for everyone else though. lol. What I love about chuze: - Wide range of classes - Kids daycare - the activities! (Pool, basketball, cinema room, etc..) - the colour scheme isn't insane and in your face. - the staff is vibey. So here's why it's thr... read more

I really enjoy how clean the gym is. Lots of new equipment and not too busy in the mornings. Afternoons are WAY too busy for me, but that's all gyms. When I signed up, the staff was helpful and for the most part, informative. I've been going here for a few weeks now and tan occasionally. I went to ask to tan (like I normally do) and I was told to go print a ticket? Ok first time. Then was met with condescension when I asked what to do with the ticket. Patience, kindness and a LITTLE bit of instruction really helps. This was ... read more

Recently moved back to Aurora and needed to switch to the local Chuze Fitness. They charge a $10 fee to switch your main gym, which is a bit annoying but it's not terrible. The gym was very clean, and the staff were friendly. It was a bit crowded and so I couldn't get access to certain machines, so I think I'll come back at a better time. There were some machines missing that the other Chuze fitness location had. I would say overall this is a good gym, and I would give it another star if they had a bit more machines.
