All I can say is positive things about my experience at Chuze. We tried the 7 Day Trial as we were visiting on vacation. We enjoyed 4/7 days! The customer service at the counter was phenomenal. This gym was very welcoming and answered all our questions. Great equipment and it's a clean gym. If I lived in this area I would definitely make this my home gym!

On two occasions I have suggested that they should put sanitizing wipes in the locker room. I requested it because the lockers here never get cleaned by the staff members. Having sanitizing wipes in here will allow for the patrons to clean their lockers. They have several wipe dispensers in the gym area; plenty enough they could put one in each locker room. Attached photo is locker #86 in the men's locker room. Been dirty like this for two months now.

Very friendly and hospitable environment. I've never had anything get in my way of working out as hard or as long as I have wanted here. Steam room is usually open which isn't something that I've experienced at every gym. Lockers in the locker room have an odd shape and too many of them are built for people 6'3" and above. Staff sometimes forget to tell me goodbye but I'll give them a solid 90%. I don't actually care if they tell me goodbye though. Have yet to experience a physically dirty environment there.
