The sign-up process is insane, and annoying! Customer service is great. I pretty much use the same equipment wherever I go. I love the treadmills here. I like I can put in my weight, and time. I love the blue tooth option, and you can see how many times you've gone around the track. The treadmill is also very smooth. But I feel like they don't have enough treadmills, sometimes people are waiting. I actually love this gym, but I can't deal with the annual fee! Absolutely not! It was a nice experience though!

The gym is great overall!! I love everything about it and I miss it because I recently just moved to a new state but when I tried to cancel the membership over the phone by calling the billing department no one answers or it just doesn't send through. Unfortunately I just need someone to help me cancel my membership please I keep getting charged when I don't live there anymore.

Love the openness of the gym. Friendly staff, I absolutely love the sauna. Several machines I had never seen before, but I was able to receive help learning than.

I work out very early in the morning so I can't speak for the crowded hours but this gym has everything that you need and it's clean and it's quiet and the people are respectful. Pay the extra $10 a month and join this gym. Especially over and anytime fitness or anything else. It's worth the extra .30 or $.50 a day.

Their cleanliness has come a long way. There was a time where it was very dirty even though it was a new location but now it's clean and organized! Staff is nice as well. I love that they have a sauna, big bathroom/locker room , and a variety of equipment. The price is very acceptable for all that you get. I drive out of my way to come here before work and it's worth it! I recommend baileys because of the variety of equipment and the atmosphere. Great place! The night crew doesn't clean, which is sad beside that's it would be a good gym. The guy in the morning comes in around 5 and cleans until 8 what I have seen. I'll Probably keep to mornings from now on.

I love Bailey's! Yes the initial signup may be a little more than desired but just $35 a month and I have access everyday and time of day to Bailey's which works great with my crazy schedule! Their pro shop hours at the Northside location are shorter now because of COVID-19 which kinda sucks but I still love all the additions I get to my membership like the extra training room, classes, tanning, and hydro massage chairs. Seems like there's always 3-4 staff members at the desk all day but no one walks the floor to pick up after the barn animals that use the place. There's trash left out for DAYS at a time. I personally unload weights from multiple pieces of equipment I don't even use, and pick up left behind paper towels and water bottles. I mean I might as well get paid for doing more work in an hour and a half than the staff does in a shift. Best gym in the area. basket ball courts and turf training room for $35! Always clean and 24hours. Been a member for 18 years.....
