We love Bailey's and have been members for ever. Lately things have been going slightly down hill......lots of employees always gathered chatting up front, the floors haven't been cleaned in weeks, sticky machines from spilled pre and the worst is the temp in here. Why spend money on fans to not turn them up. We just want the friendly professional Bailey atmosphere back. Also I just saw that memberships are down while existing members are still paying old rates. Do better!!

They have no classes other than virtual, but why would I pay virtual classes when I can use YOUTUBE for free. I signed up because they told me that they will classes, but they lied to me.There is nothing appealing or fun.

I would highly NOT RECOMMEND joining this gym unless you want to be e-mailed by a collections firm with a $350 surprise debt that will be reported on your credit score. First and foremost, this gym was completely amazing and working out here was great while I lived in Jacksonville, FL. Unfortunately, I needed to transfer to California for a job change. Please review this company on BBB. I, unfortunately, was another victim of their cancellation scam. They continue to charge me beyond 30 days, without consent. They will not return my money. It's sad to see a good gym have a poor corporate system. I did enjoy my time there, but I am now out of state. I ended my membership 56 days before they agreed to stop automatic withdraw and they will not prorate the amount back to me.

The contracts are absurd. There is no leeway and no love for their customers. After explaining due to COVID-19 I have lost my income and had to move back in with my parents who live 23 miles away down back roads (40 minutes no traffic) for the nearest baileys they didn't care because I wasn't exactly 25 miles away. It really is disgusting to see a business treat their members like walking wallets instead of people. I normally don't write reviews unless I am really really irritated .Do not I repeat do not join Bailey's gym it was a nightmare trying to get out of the contract even with my medical conditions I still got a balance that I had to pay!!! The contracts are 2yrs long! Lesson learned #readthefineprint!!!

Baileys is such a scam. My husband got moved out of the area so we canceled. Of course i went with him and Baileys continued to charge me because my name wasn't on his orders. Had no idea they were trying to charge me and instead of trying to reach out first they just sent collections.
