When first meeting Cindy, we had no idea what we were doing as first time buyers. Cindy was more than willing to go above and beyond in any area we had any questions with, she would even schedule time with us to explain our next steps in great detail. Along the road, there were a few speed bumps but Cindy was always there next to us to ensure we would get to where we needed to be. I honestly am just so grateful for her and can not recommend her enough.

Ms. St Mary was able to match my better offer and explain me everything that I need to know about closing costs and other fees. She called me to advised me before I submitted my offer for the house and that was very helpful. She worked well with my real estate agents even though she never worked with them before.
