Cindy Vaughn was an amazing and so helpful loan officer, friendly and patient. She was constantly answering our questions and guiding us through all the processes of the loan. Always helping and being there for us even out of office hours. That made us feel that we were important and appreciated not just as clients but as human beings. Would highly recommend her to anyone!
