Cindy is a rockstar. A seller did not accept my offer because I was pre approved with a large National VA lender. Cindy rescued my offer pre-approved me in just a few hours and I was cleared to close in 20 days. 20 days on a VA loan is unheard of. I must mention that 20 was including Christmas.
