I shopped around and contacted different lenders. I had a horrible experience and was recommended cindy. Cindy and her team was pleasant and fast. She explained the whole process. She was personable and understanding. She gave me all my options and guided me through the whole process. The team is also very flexible - via phone calls, text, emails and zoom meetings. They accommodate to your schedule and keeps you informed through out. i wouldn't go to anyone else. Nothing but positive reviews !

Vo Bot and Amber are on their A game over there at Semper. Only bad part of doing business with her is having to wait to do another transaction.
