basically a nice place with a poor standard of service I had a 2am check-in that took longer than it needed to (I was the only person checking in, and I had prepaid for my room, but it still took about 20 minutes.) When I got up to my room I discovered that the bedside light didn't work. Since I usually get to sleep by reading a book, I called house keeping and asked if there was a way to quickly repair or replace it. They said someone would come soon. Very Good Only one miserable and rude member of staff at the check in desk despite a line and the automatic check-in machines not working. Lovely room and powerful shower
