Only needed a room for one night, didn’t book another night. Although free Parking was not convenient and difficult. No bell hop noted/available. No luggage chart available for self-help. Bed sides broken down/droopy in need of replacement. Chose NOT to stay on return. It was close to the airport. Free parking. Free shuttle.

It was okay. Bedsheets had a blood looking stain, took forever to get a crib for housekeeping to bring to my room, the room phones work terribly you can not hear the customer service. Got a room near a party of fifteen guys and they were loud all night and my baby couldnot sleep. It really needs to be smoke free casino there should be no reason people can smoke indoors. Bed, pillow, music

I will be back next time I stay in Reno The main escalators seemed to be out of service on the Superbowl football weekend... Bad timing guys.... I liked the adjoining rooms, the beds were comfortable
