Had my service dog and had to be very careful about broken glass around the property, inside and around the building and parking garage. There was some plumbing issues in our room and the sheets didn’t cover the whole mattress and that is gross. Lots of fun stuff to do and the staff was nice

It is a whole workout to get from the front desk to the room. Had to walk all through the casino, and upstairs with luggage. Loud, crowded hallways. The room was ok, nothing fancy but comfortable enough and clean enough.

Check in was ok, the staff member was fun, friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that I requested a room on the main tower. The request was met with a $15 upgrade charge. Serious? The place was not that busy to justify that, nor does the Casino have the same energy and services it used to have. The room was clean, although they have updated the rooms it is an older property and still shows dispite the up renovations.
