Excellent location, can't wait to go back! The elevators going up to our room were consistently full and took way too long standing in line. Also needs a microwave in the room to reheat leftovers from the restaurant. It was great staying there because of the location on the Row. I loved skipping the huge line to check in at the kiosk and the virtual concierge was a nice touch as well. We will definitely stay there again.

The hotel didn’t make me want to stay. It just wasn’t homey or inviting throughout the entire comple Get rid of the kiosk machines and add staff. Check in was strange and felt very impersonal with the machines and lines of people waiting to check in.

Just what I needed. The room's air conditioner was noisy. I don't recall being told that housekeeping was every other day. It would be nice to know that. . . I was able to request fresh towels on my non-cleaning day. Although it wasn't important for me, the route to get from Hotel Reception to the Sky Tower was wonky and confusing, especially if you had any physical limitations (or were pushing a stroller!). Large room. Comfortable bed. Texting option for requesting services or more towels - yay! Responsive, I liked it.
