Very Good A few cleanliness things I noticed but no big deal Everything valet, casino, arcade, bed, tub, the view was expecting. I always recommend floor 20 and above facing the city.

Frustrating Entire hotel was non smoking. Disappointed in hotels.com for not divulging this when reservation made. There were other adjacent hotels that could have accommodated my request for a smoking room.

Good value stay in Reno We found the staff we engaged with to be efficient but not particularly friendly/welcoming. We arrived an hour early and were told our room was ready but it was an extra $10 for early check in so we went for a walk until our check in time. Seems like a penny pinching policy - if the room is ready, it makes no odds to the hotel to get you checked in slightly earlier. Lovely clean and very spacious room with a super comfortable bed.
