Hotels.com seems committed to upfront pricing, which I love. When I arrived in Reno, I was extremely tired and, as usual, the clerk took my driver's license and ran my credit card. When I checked out in the morning I was surprised and unhappy to see that I'd been charged a hotel fee of $47. I will never stay at that place again. In addition to the surprise charge, I was also disappointed in the run-down feel of the place. It was a decent stay The person who checked up in was not friendly or gave information about charges or anything about the hotel. I had questions about valet and she could not help me instead she told me to go to bell office which was a ways away and I was already running late and had no time for.
