The room was ok but I don’t know if I’d stay there again. The tram was broken to take us to the tower we were staying in and no one told us or offered to take our luggage to the room. It made it hard getting to the room because I had to carry the suitcases up and down the stairs. The bed the nice

Exceptional I miss the tram that connects you to the sky tower. They seemed understaffed but everything was still nice. Getting a stroller from checkin to the sky tower is a challenge. best option is to park on the first floor of the sky tower garage and use those elevators with a stroller. location, staff, rooms were all great

We had a wonderful time visiting family and the hotel was perfect for us and convenient. Not enough signs as to where the elevators were (to make it easier for guests). Loved how big the ADA bathroom was and perfect for my mom who has a hard time walking. Maybe electric scooters available for guests that have a hard time walking would be great, other than that, our stay was perfect.
