OK, not great, if you really need a place to stay. There were elements of the hotel that seemed like swindles - a Reno "hustle." For example, the listed price on Booking does not include the "resort" fee of over $30 per day that I was charged when I checked-in. So when I got my bill at check-in, I did a serious double take. The end price was at least 30% higher than I had expected. The Wifi in the rooms is spotty at best, and the hotel has the nerve to charge guests ($25.00 for 30 minutes, I believe) to use a "business cente... read more
