Good I booked a king bed ended up with two queens so not good Room clean

Good That when I reserve the hotel room the I that it was the main tower and not the sky rise , they need to fix that because I thought I reserve the main tower rooms. It was clean

Good the single rail train not working and the elevators always need to line up Parking and food court are very convenience, short distance to event center which is good.

We had a good time we feel like the price was a little high but we did have a great time. The shuttle was down which kinda sucked because the kids would’ve had fun with that. The arcade prices were expensive. I like the convenience of the parking, the connections between all casinos and the rooms were comfortable.

Great value Helpful staff, self check in available, good parking lot with covered bridge to hotel, clean and nice looking room. Great value!

Excellent location, can't wait to go back! The elevators going up to our room were consistently full and took way too long standing in line. Also needs a microwave in the room to reheat leftovers from the restaurant. It was great staying there because of the location on the Row. I loved skipping the huge line to check in at the kiosk and the virtual concierge was a nice touch as well. We will definitely stay there again.
