Pleasant Hallways leading to the rooms were not air conditioned. Close to the bowling stadium.

It was ok, but they need to explain at the time of registration about housekeeping services. You have to let them know that you do want housekeeping at the time of registration. I was not asked and they didn’t clean our rooms. I called to have my rooms cleaned because we didn’t have necessary toiletries for taking showers. We stayed 5 days- I would assume that they would provide these necessities. Good amenities

Great affordable option in Reno, very central to all and UNR Room was clean and affordable, great location in the Row.

There is a lot of food wasted from dinner @ Madame Butterworks. For the prices they charge you get a LOT of food, more t There is no pool. You should provide microwaves in the rooms.
