Not too bad Since I booked in booking.com they messed up my last name and first name and it takes a little more time to check in. I paid extra $28 to upgraded my room but figured out there has no sofas only one chair in the room🥺 The location is in the center of Reno and very convenient to casinos and kids games zone.

had a fun time there and a great place for family and friends to go room was clean great TV bathroom was good just a good place to go to cant ask for better

Pleasant Too many stairs to go up and down with heavy luggage when staying in the tower. Saw many people struggle. Need ramp.
