Reno visits Room and location was excellent.. like self check in and check out was good to the long line and waiting Food was average quality.. no water bottles in room

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I liked that I had to use my room key to access the elevator. I had problems with housekeeping. They didn’t come every day. I finally had to call the front desk manager to get the problem resolved. There are no lights in the parking garage. I stayed in the Sky Tower so I had to drag my luggage up a flight of stairs. Other than that, I had a nice stay at the hotel
