Pleasant Having to use stairs with my luggage and no walk way to roll luggage
A great stay for the money, family friendly. The shuttle is no more and we had to walk a pretty far way lol Very clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Few days stay with my husband and I, took upgrade and early check in to only get hard, uncomfortable bed. No good tv cha For upgrade room, king bed was hard, old and very uncomfortable. Location, shuttle and customer service was great.

Stayed here for an event in Reno. Location was good. Rooms were spacious and modern with a great view. The tram to the tower we were in was not working so getting to our room with our luggage was difficult Spacious room with a beautiful view. Clean
Very Good A little noisy. Motorcycle convention. Nice room, comfortable beds, coffee maker, hair dryer, go I d location.
