Probably would not stay here again and would select another hotel No Circus acts, many carnival games unattended, slot machines no payback, carpets dirty in general areas, registration entrance dirty, no buffet Downtown Reno, beds comfortable, room clean

Exceptional Not enough employees at checkin. Too slow. Fee charged at check-in was a surprise, not explained ahead of check-in that you were going to charge more money against my credit card. Clean, nice room, good location.

It was ok Room was in a different tower making a long walk to the casino and the shuttle was out of order. Room was fairly clean.

Pleasant We had reserved two rooms but they were not clean. The Coffee maker and the Mattress’ sheets. We called the desk to tell them that the mattress’ sheets were not clean. It took one hour but, nobody showed up and as it was 2 o’clock we had to goo to sleep and told the desk to forget it. The hotel was so close to I-80

It was okay Refrigerator didn't work, and had plugged bath tub drain Missed the buffet breakfast. Didn't eat any meals at circus circus. Had problems in our room and they fixed it right away
