I didn't expect much, and I got what I expected. The long haul from front desk to sky tower, lugging bags up and down stairs with no ramps was a pain. They really need to get that monorail replaced! Coffee shop in house had weird hours. Room was clean and comfortable, if spare. Amazing shower pressure.

Pleasant the checking in area is way out of one of the towers. centrally located for my needs.
