Escalator not working not only do we have to walk far to get to our room Since I've been booking for almost a year .I have a bad knee and it's hard when your escalator are not working. They have not been working for a long time . Food was great

It was quite expensive but decent in some respects and lacking in others. Microwaves in the rooms, especially considering the prices you charge. Many people advised me to stay at a Resort which does have microwaves in each room. The room was decent, however, there was no microwave to heat my take-out food or to warm the food I brought from home. I will consider a different location. The cost was not worth it. The room was old, the temp was either too hot or too cold. The ac unit was loud and so were my neighbors. It was clean
