Pleasant Elevators not working, there was a long line for elevators. Had to take stairs to the 11 floor My room was clean

Very Good It took over 2 hours to get things for the room from house keeping. Elevators weren't all working and there was a line constantly to get on. Also trying to go down was impossible. My husband and i can't walk to well so going down the stairs was difficult The location and the room itself
