The casino and common areas are a bit worse for wear. This hotel just feels... dated.

Great staff and a positive experience The directions sometimes were confusing. Excellent customer service by Reception staff, Kichi V. Selag, and her manager. They were very helpful and patient in assisting me to check in. Kichi always carried a smile and she was very welcoming to all the guests. The room was clean and looked newly renovated, and had a great view.

Nice hotel for the price. Nothing like Circus Cirus in Vegas. Not many options open on Thursdays. Vallet was super slow getting cars. Took over an hour to get luggage brought to our room. Slow elevators Large resort fee for things I didn't even use . The room size was great and nice/clean. Fast check in at kiosks. Great Water pressure Convenient location
fun, but stressful when you need to get back to a room in sky tower they try to upgrade you to the casino part of the hotel for $30 extra and you wonder why they put that on you, then you realize that the sky tower is not stroller friendly and to top it off 2 of the 6 elevates weren’t working so to get in and out of the sky tower was out of control! the 2nd floor which comes of the casino had a very long line to use the elevates. long story short do not stay in the sky tower on the weekend! it was nice
