Good hotel, but unfortunately incompetent staff at the reception. The reception staff was incompetent. I booked 2 rooms for 4 people via booking. 3 of us arrived at night for late check-in (01.00 AM). There was a long queue for check-in, we had to wait for >30 min. When we reached the reception desk we received the card for only the first room We did not receive the card for the second room, because the second room was under the name of the 4th person who had not yet arrived. Pleasant The value for money (check fees, are more than 75% of night rates, so close to doble price) is not good. Lack of nice common spaces, a sad casino and awful decoration and colours on walls... I'll come back Reno, but not this hotel
