Very Good Elevator service in tower building needs to be better - long waiting lines at all hours of the day. Room was clean and comfortable. Locstion was convenient for Hot August Nights activities.

Exceptional It’s just amazing city view and room is excellent
Good enough for one night but would look to stay elsewhere for a better experience. Rooms not soundproof. Strange noises from ac unit and piping in bathroom. Connected to the other Row hotels.

We made do. When we first arrived at the hotel I had to use the bathroom. The floors were not vacuumed. There was hair in the bathroom floor and the carpet. That is was close to a lot of things to do.
