Exceptional I didn't like the check in process because it was hectic. The machine didn't work when you put in your confirmation number and that there was only one staff member to help. There should be a sign that says "try your ID if your confirmation doesn't work". Everyone there had the same issue, so the process of checking in took longer just trying to get help. When there is only one staff member helping everyone at the machine. Please address this. I like that there was an arcade and restaurant in the casino
Good Amenities fee was charge & was not use. We only need a room to sleep.

Chaotic but pleasant. The payment was all over the board with charges and refunds. And the hotel was a little difficult to navigate. Very spacious bathroom and room. Quiet. Have all the choices for food around.
