Loved the facilities available in the causeway Elevators were dirty The room was nearly renovated
A comfortable stay Payment/check in system seems a little antiquated - i.e. I ended up overpaying and getting a refund? Check in lines & lines for elevators always quite long. The long walk from check in/casino to the room didn't bother us, but it's not airconditioned and a bit smelly. Air conditioning in rooms very noisy - needed ear plugs. Great location, spacious & clean rooms, coffee & amenities in rooms

Lots of fun! And beds were comfortable This stay was great no complaints we stayed one night later at the sky tower and I hope they ask me for a review of that one it was horrible!! I also don’t like how you book it and it’s one price and you get there and another 49.00 is added on it It was reasonably priced, rooms were huge and clean. Love they have bath tubs and small bottles of shampoos etc
Very Good Good mix of gambling opportunities as well as other leisure activities
I will stay there again, but am hoping to stay in other tower next time, just small inconveniences Having to walk 1/4 mile to skytower lugging bags with no cart! Skytower Elevators were a joke!! ONly worked part of time with room key card! Clean Rooms
