Good At check out total wasn't what was told to us only said that it was 20 plus taxes up grade but was charge 63.98 and that's not what was told to us Love the view

Over all I had a wonderful time and enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Not enough restaurants open late night. We were there to bowl the USBC tournament and when you bowl at 9:30 pm when you get done you tend to want food. How come you can get alcohol 24 seven but not food and I mean good food not the fast food like pizza and burgers. My room was nice, and the staff made sure my friend and I were on the same floor only a couple rooms away. The casino was clean and staff was friendly. My stay was absolutely fabulous! I have nothing bad to say. My stay was pretty much as perfect as possible. The location was perfect, only a couple of blocks away from the National Bowling Stadium, which was my reason for coming to Reno. Staff was great, check-in and check-out were easy and quick. I liked that this hotel was connected to two other casinos, so there were many choices for food and gaming. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Reno in the future.

Pleasant Price was good, Room was huge, It's an older hotel and hasn't been updated. Jucuzzi tub was a nice surpise
