it was fine very long walk to the room not enough food and beverage options 24 hours Room was quiet and clean and had no bad smells

We had a good time and the Circus Circus took care of us. They need more bigger end restaurants in the row. They could add more slots to the building more space that could be used. When I come back this will be my first choice. Everything was good no problems at all. The food was ok could of had more selections. Check in was easy and the baggage helpers was excellent. Jordan was great.

it was a very nice room. The air conditioner could’ve been wiped down a little more. And also the Keurig machine. I had lots to do this property is conveniently located. We were only a block away from Reno Events center where we were attending a concert.

convenient hotel perfume was very strong and staff were slow and rude at check in. We got there around 5ish you would of thought room would be ready Convenient as we were only staying one night due to weather and waiting to catch our flight

We had a fabulous time The room was very stuffy. We woke each night feeling like we couldn’t breathe and very congested each morning. There was no fresh air circulation. Other than that it was great. The rooms were nice and clean.

Overall, it was a good experience and I enjoyed my stay and birthday celebration in the Reno, NV area. Didn’t like that the A/C didn’t work so it was humid and stuffy in my room. Finding the hotel and registration area was easy. Hotels and casinos was easy to get to and everything was easy to find.
