When we first checked in after waiting in line for 45 minutes, we were given the WRONG room keys. Our adjoining door to the next room wasn't working properly. the stranger next door was calling out to us. It didn't feel safe. Security came up and fixed the lock. Also, there are no safes in any room. In a CASINO. clean, well decorated.

Pleasant Not getting the room we reserved. Had to call down twice to get the room changed. Still did not get the actual room we reserved. Reserved a main tower got another tower across the sky walk. But at least we finally got our king bed. Overall Experience & Customer help was great.

Exceptional A staff person knocked and Immediately opened the door without waiting for a response, completely unacceptable. No information in the room regarding hotel or area information. The front desk staff were Very helpful with immediate response to questions and assistance when needed. The comfort and amenities, coffee and refrigerator, in the room. Comfortable beds.

Good The pillows were so big that I woke up in the middle of the night with a neck cramp. Our room was in the far tower which was fine but there was stairs so dragging the suitcases up them wasn't exactly fun. It was close to our venue and everything we wanted to do.

Had a great time. No complaints. Access to the event center. Staff was top of the line. We felt safe and appreciated.

Great accommodations for a cheap stay. The attitude of the workers in the registration or the halls wasn't very nice. However, those workers like the janitors were extremely nice and polite when you encountered them in the facilities of the resort. The room was big, very clean, all the commodities were in a great shape and very modern. The bathroom was incredible, very big too. We felt we paid so less for such a great quality accommodation. Very surprised with the place.
