Very Good The door needed weather stripping because the light from the hall shined brightly through the opening around the door.. Wifi didnt work well. A lot of amenities, friendly people, safe.

Good There is not a pool option. We didn't feel safe walking too far from the hotel. Staff was very friendly.
Wonderful Tram shuttle was out of service at 4am , so wife had mobility issue. I would have called for cart transportation if I was aware. I didn't see the info .message above, maybe a stand sign making it fool proof for dum dums like us Minnesota newbies! A real challenge making the shuttle to the airport. Like the SkyTower but maybe not a wise choice if ya got walking issues. Everything
