Good Can't really be helped,but the serious hike from the parking garage to your room. Signage directing you from the garage to the different Towers would be helpful. Spent an extra 30 minutes,hauling luggage,only to find out I we were in the wrong "Tower" The room was clean. But there was a Steam/Sauna set up in the shower that was very cool. I've never seen that anywhere.

Housekeeping issue. No House keeping in our room , we stayed 2 nites they didn't clean our room , didn't change our bed shits i had to call them and all they did was bring me towels n toilet paper cus i told them i really needed them. If it wasn't for that our stay would have been great.

Wonderful Was charged a fee for early check in. That was a surprise, since they had less than 50 percent occupancy during my stay. Staying in the ROW is always a great experience.
