Exceptional You charged 40.00 more then going through the hotel directly
O.K the heater in our room was not working. When they came to fix it the filters inside were filthy, the cover was dented in and/or warped. They did fix it and suggested we were not using the thermo stat correctly. Right! the beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the staff was very nice and helpful.
