Waren das erste mal in Reno. Leider ist die Stadt schon ziemlich zerfallen. Gibt keinen Vergleich zu Das Hotel war Tip Top. Alles war sauber. Hatten nichts zu meckern.

Exceptional All was good My sister lives in reno when we visit she likes for us to stay there and she joins us
Good Windows were dirty on the outside. Room AC unit was dated and loud. During check-in I was charged 40% higher fee than what booking.com (incl. taxes and fees) showed which was explained by clerk but still confusing and after checking out the extra 40% was refunded to the card. Also, I don't like the "resort fee". I wish I could see the total price with all taxes and fees when searching. Will use other booking sites in future. Great lobby, location.
